Plot 4000 Proposal Exhibition+

Goodman, owner and developer of Hatfield Business Park together with Arla and PCL invite you to view and comment on proposals for a new distribution centre at Hatfield Business Park. As one of the UK's leading dairy companies, Goodman is delighted to announce that Arla has selected Hatfield as its preferred location for a regional distribution centre which will be operated in partnership with PCL. Arla is responsible for many household names such as Anchor Butter, Lurpak and Cravendale. It has chosen Hatfield to be its new base for distribution of its products to the south-east of England.

In advance of the submission of an application for planning permission in January, a Public Exhibition is being held on site with information and plans about the proposals. It will take place from Monday 12th December until the end of January 2012 in the Park Management and Marketing Office located at the northern end of Mosquito Way (opposite Everything Everywhere). The opening hours are from 9.30am to 5.00pm every day (including Saturday and Sunday).

We would like to welcome you to view and comment on the proposals throughout the hours and days above. In addition, members of the team will be available on Tuesday 20th December 2011 between 3pm and 7pm to answer any questions you may have.
