Petrol Heads and Pampering in Support of the Herts Air Ambulance

An evening of 'Petrol Heads and Pampering' was hosted at Hatfield Business Park in aid of Herts Air Ambulance. Held at The Porsche Centre on Thursday 14th April, the evening’s special guest was former Top Gear Presenter and Sunday Times Columnist, Jason Dawe.

For car fans there were new and classic Porsches to admire and a rare opportunity to have a guided tour of the Porsche Workshop by highly trained technicians.

Michelle de la Bertauche, Fundraising Manager for the Herts Air Ambulance, said: "This will be a fantastic event with so much going on - we've already had lots of interest. We will be raising vital funds for the Herts Air Ambulance, which costs £130,000 every month to enable it to continue to fly its life-saving missions. We can’t thank The Porsche Centre enough for giving us the exclusive use of their showroom for this event; it is such an exciting opportunity. We’ve also had huge support from other local businesses, it looks set to be a great evening we are all really looking forward to it."

Perry Robb, Centre Principal, Porsche Centre Hatfield, adds: “We are delighted to be able to support the Herts Air Ambulance and their truly worthy cause of providing rescue services to the community in the Hertfordshire area. We are looking forward to helping them raise as much money as possible in order to sustain the excellent work that they carry out."
